7.The above-mentioned after-sales service will directly under the supervision of and be examined by the users. Each elevator owns specific maintenance archive that will be kept respectively by users and the service institutions. The time, contents, quality and service attitude and skill level of each maintenance shall be commented by the users in the maintenance and service card.
